1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the Growth Pilot website or requesting a Complimentary Growth Brief, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a request.
These terms cover the current public website and complimentary offering. They are not paid-subscription terms.
2. Website use
You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to submit information about the company identified in a request.
3. Complimentary Growth Brief requests
A request is not active until the submitted email address is verified. Growth Pilot may review requests for legitimacy, duplication, company fit, available public information, capacity, and abuse. We may decline, defer, limit, or stop work on a request, including repeated requests for the same person, company, or domain.
The Complimentary Growth Brief is manually initiated and quality-checked during the current launch period. Any stated delivery time is a service target, not a guarantee, particularly when public information is limited or circumstances outside our reasonable control delay delivery.
4. Information used in a complimentary analysis
Growth Pilot may review publicly available information concerning the requesting company, products, websites, marketplaces, competitors, reviews, pricing, retail or channel presence, and other relevant market information. Public sources can be incomplete, outdated, mislabeled, or inaccurate.
A Complimentary Growth Brief does not imply that Growth Pilot has access to the company’s private financial, customer, advertising, inventory, operational, or other internal information. Unless information is separately provided and accepted for review, conclusions that require internal data will remain observations, inferences, hypotheses, or recommendations for further validation.
5. Informational business guidance
Growth Pilot reports and website materials provide business analysis and guidance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, product-safety, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice.
Business decisions involve risk. Growth Pilot does not guarantee that any finding, recommendation, concept, channel, offer, or implementation will produce a particular level of revenue, profit, conversion, growth, cost savings, or other result. You remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, validating assumptions and economics, complying with applicable rules, and deciding whether and how to act.
6. Accuracy and third-party information
We aim to distinguish verified public facts from observations, reasonable inferences, and matters requiring internal data. Even so, we do not warrant that public or third-party information is complete, current, or error-free. Marketplace metrics, reviews, pricing, availability, competitor claims, and channel signals can change without notice and may not represent internal performance.
7. Intellectual property and permitted report use
The Growth Pilot website, report structure, original analysis, writing, designs, templates, implementation concepts, and other original materials are owned by Growth Pilot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, images, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Growth Pilot grants the intended recipient of a delivered Complimentary Growth Brief a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and use that brief for the recipient company’s internal business evaluation. You may share it with the company’s employees and professional advisers for that purpose. You may not resell, publicly republish, remove ownership notices from, or use the report or its design as a competing product without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or impersonating requests
- Use bots, scripts, or repeated submissions to evade limits or burden the service
- Attempt to access internal pages, accounts, data, or systems without authorization
- Interfere with website security, availability, or verification controls
- Upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful material
- Copy, scrape, or exploit the website or reports to create a competing service
- Use Growth Pilot materials in a way that violates law or third-party rights
9. Third-party services and links
The website and reports may reference or link to third-party websites, marketplaces, reviews, platforms, or services. Growth Pilot does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A reference does not necessarily mean endorsement.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website or complimentary service at any time. We may also change these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, Complimentary Growth Brief, and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Growth Pilot disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every business purpose, and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where those disclaimers are legally permitted.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Pilot and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the website, a Complimentary Growth Brief, third-party information, or a decision to use or not use a recommendation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Pilot’s total liability arising from the complimentary website and report service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
13. Contact about these terms
A monitored business mailbox has not yet been created. The public contact form stores submissions in the Growth Pilot database for staff review, but it does not send them to a monitored inbox, so it should not be relied upon for time-sensitive legal notices.
